We ship every Krafted Note order from California. Here is what to expect once you place an order.
Processing time
Orders are packed and shipped within 1 to 3 business days. You will get an email with a tracking number as soon as your order ships.
Delivery within the US
- Standard shipping (USPS Ground Advantage): $4.95 flat rate, 4 to 7 business days after shipping
- Every order includes tracking
International orders
We currently ship to US addresses only. If you are outside the US and would like to order, please contact us and we will see what we can do.
Lost or damaged packages
If your tracking shows delivered but you cannot find your package, check with neighbors and your local post office first. If it still does not turn up, contact us within 7 days of the delivery date and we will help. If your order arrives damaged, send us a photo within 7 days and we will send a replacement or a refund.
